What Takeout Budget is
Takeout Budget is a budgeting tool. It does math on numbers you type in, on your device. It is not a bank, a lender, an investment platform, or a financial advisor.
Not financial advice
Everything in the app — including insights, the money coach, prompts, and projections — is general information computed from your own entries. It is not professional financial, legal, or tax advice. For decisions that matter, consider talking to a qualified professional.
Your data, your responsibility
Because your data lives only on your device, you are the only one who can back it up. Use the Export feature. If your device or browser storage is cleared, we cannot recover anything — we never had it.
Premium
Premium subscriptions are billed and managed through the app store you bought them from, under that store's terms. Cancel anytime through the store.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is. We work hard to make the math dependable, but we can't guarantee it is error-free, and we aren't liable for decisions made based on it.
